Almost all of the documents at the Minnesota Tobacco Document Depository are available to the general public, with the exception of a limited number of documents that raise personal/privacy concerns or contain certain third-party information covered by contractual confidentiality obligations. These documents are available to litigants and their lawyers who have signed the appropriate protective orders in their respective jurisdictions. Almost all of the documents and materials available at the Minnesota Tobacco Document Depository are also available on the On-line document archives that can be accessed through this Internet site.
